That’s why I created this 5-day free workout and nutrition program to make women believe that when you follow a well-designed workout split (targeting specific muscle groups), you lose weight. Target your body areas strategically, build stamina, and provide appropriate time for rest and muscle recovery. All at the same time.

HOW DOES IT WORK

Once you register with the program, each day you will receive a target-specific muscle group workout video. All you have to do is press and play. I will be coaching you through form, rep, modifications, and motivation along the way.

Along with the workouts, you will be getting day wise nutrition, a meal plan, habit formation trackers, and some bonuses to track your daily performance.

1.    No equipment needed: I suggest 1 liter filled 2 water bottles to be kept around to further help you get the correct posture and form for each workout.

2.    Time Requirement: This 5-day plan includes 2 rest days in the week. You get to choose which days are your rest days. I suggest resting after days two or three and then again after day five. OR complete days 1–5 and then rest on days 6–7. The goal is to make this plan work for you!.

If you’re a runner, I would suggest completing 2-3 of the strength workouts per week.

      The intentional living program is a combination of optimum fitness sessions and productive habit development programs for personal and professional growth. You will be provided with an effective support system that will help you deal effectively with your work and home challenges and claim your time back. The program is completely flexible and can be modified according to your life. For example, the workout sessions that are mentioned on Monday can be done on Tuesday too. The nutrition chart is completely flexible and has been developed to be budget friendly. The metric tracker is completely automated, and you can see your progress in form of numbers and charts.
