A short morning routine that works for working women

I truly believe that wellness or self-care doesn’t have to be expensive or time-consuming; it can sometimes be done through small habit changes to improve one’s…

Hence, I totally believe in slowing down (which is free) to feel faster in life.
Often, the main reasons for frustration for working women are that they live with non-cooperative family members who fail to offer any or lack support for them. This can make a working woman’s life challenging. These challenges mostly lead to feelings of confusion and frustration, both physically and mentally, for the lady.
I totally believe in letting the challenges be there and focusing on building small acts of self-care that help build a deeper level of self-respect.
This is because…

Waking up 60 minutes early can not only change your day but doing the below can change everything about you and around you.
𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝟐𝟎-𝟐𝟎-𝟐𝟎 𝐌𝐨𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠!
1. WORKOUT
Working out every day is all about building strength for the day. We, women, generally need more energy as we multi-task more than men, so moderate physical activity of at least 20 minutes every day is important to control that excess weight, reduce body fat, and build lean muscle to deal with the tasks.
2. SITTING IN SILENCE
Women are more likely to develop common mental health problems as compared to men because women’s roles mostly put them under the social pressure of balancing everything and being present everywhere. The earning duty for the welfare of the family contributes to the stress too.
A daily 20 minutes of sitting in silence can help reduce stress, prioritize, improve focus, and communicate powerfully.
3. SETTING INTENTION FOR THE DAY
A sharp mind is like an arrow with a target; anything that doesn’t have a target can be easily broken or side-kicked.
Most of the time, a working woman’s precious mental space is occupied by the low priorities of family or work, often leaving her with a negative feeling about herself. She hardly gets the time to set any intentions that can help fulfill her deepest desires and make choices that make her life better.
A daily 20 minutes of writing about the things that are around personal growth and choices can shift that negative energy towards a positive one.
It doesn’t matter if the morning routine is short or long, but starting your day with the clear intention of becoming physically fit and mentally strong and creating a life that is filled with purpose will lead to a life that you love.
