I had just delivered a baby, my career looked shaky after my return from maternity leave, my weight was stuck at 80 kg due to hypothyroidism, and my family members and friends looked like enemies to me, To add to all those miseries, in January 2019, I met with a road accident and was found bedridden for 6 months.


To cut it short, I had lost faith in my life and confidence in myself.

I felt overwhelmed, overweight, and overworked most days.

I realized, that this kind of state was not a matter of one event, it was an accumulation of events that made me feel like that for years.

1. Will my coach be solving my current life problems?

Yes. I say this confidently. This is because working on life problems is like solving a math question. Life problems can only be resolved when a methodology is applied. When I work with my clients, the methodology and technology is shared and applied by the client in life to see the desired results.

     2. When it comes to fitness work, do I have to join a gym? I am not a gym person.

No, when it comes to fitness. I advise a discipline that works best around my client’s life and choices. Sometimes many of us don’t wish to go for extreme fitness goals but just want to make that start. Taking steps towards better health is easier for me because when we work, we not only look at your body expectations but also work on the limiting beliefs that have been blocking your physical transformation for years.

      3.  Do I need to follow a diet plan when I join the program?

No, there is no specific diet that is recommended to the client to follow. Here, the importance of nutrition, ingredients, weight loss or gain recipes, and vital grocery lists are shared with my clients for her to build her own diet plan that works best for her and her life.

      4.   What If I don’t get the results from the training?

I offer a 30-day money-back guarantee to my clients. If they don’t get the result or see any change in their body, mindset, or life within 30 days, the fee is refunded without any questions.

      5.   I have some deep and personal life issues that I haven’t shared with anyone. How do I trust my coach?

Before we start our work, we enter into a confidentiality agreement. In this agreement, I agree to share nothing about the client on any public or open platforms without my client’s consent. I respect honesty, transparency, and confidentiality in my work.
